Why I do this work
Life has taken me through experiences I never expected.
I have lived with serious physical illness, faced mental health challenges, navigated trauma, experienced difficult relationships and had to rebuild my life more than once.
Those experiences do not define me, but they do shape the way I work. They have given me a deep understanding of what it feels like to be frightened, overwhelmed, stuck or simply exhausted by life.
Today, as an EFT International Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel heard without judgement. Together, we work at your pace to help you release emotional burdens, build resilience and reconnect with the person you truly are.
This is not about fixing you.
It is about helping you feel calmer, lighter and more like yourself again.
WHAT IS EFT?
EFT (the Emotional Freedom Technique), often known as “tapping,” is a simple but powerful way of helping your body feel safe again.
It combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with guided conversation, allowing emotional stress to soften and release.
When we feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, it is not just in the mind — it is held in the body. EFT works with both.
People often notice they feel:

For those on a lower income, students, carers, or anyone experiencing financial difficulty.
Standard Rate - £50
For those comfortably able to cover the cost of a session.
Pay It Forward Rate - £60

A 60-minute one-to-one session is £50.
I also keep a small number of reduced-rate spaces available for those facing genuine financial hardship.
