EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often known as “tapping,” is a simple but powerful way of helping your body feel safe again.

It combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with guided conversation, allowing emotional stress to soften and release.

When we feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, it is not just in the mind — it is held in the body. EFT works with both.

People often notice they feel:

I am Lucinda, and I offer EFT sessions as part of my ongoing practitioner training.

My approach is calm, intuitive, and deeply compassionate. I understand what it feels like to live with emotional and physical challenges, and I bring that understanding into every session.

This is not about “fixing” you.
It is about helping you feel safer, lighter, and more like yourself again.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a gentle method that combines talking through your feelings with tapping on specific points on the body. It helps calm the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity.

  • Not at all. I will guide you step by step, so you can feel comfortable and supported even if this is completely new to you.

  • EFT can support a wide range of emotional experiences, including anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, low confidence, overwhelm, and feeling stuck. If you are unsure, you are welcome to message me first.

  • We will talk briefly about what you are experiencing, then gently tap through it together. You are always in control, and we go at your pace.

  • That is completely okay. EFT is designed to safely process emotions, and I will support you throughout. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.

  • A quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a willingness to show up as you are. That is enough.

  • Yes. Your sessions are private, confidential, and held in a safe, non-judgemental space.

  • No. This is a wellbeing support tool and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

  • A 60-minute one-to-one session is £60.

    I also keep a small number of reduced-rate spaces available for those facing genuine financial hardship.

  • I truly believe healing support should feel accessible, not intimidating.

    I know that here in Cornwall, many wonderful people are doing their best while carrying emotional, health, family, or financial pressures behind closed doors.
