About me
I understand what it feels like to live with emotional and physical challenges.
For much of my life, I have navigated health, uncertainty, and the emotional weight that comes with both. I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed, to feel stuck, and to quietly carry more than you realise.
Over time, I began to explore ways of supporting myself that felt gentler — ways that worked with my body rather than against it.
EFT became a powerful part of that.
Not because it fixed everything overnight, but because it helped me feel calmer, safer, and more able to meet what was there without being completely overwhelmed by it.
That shift — from fighting how I felt, to being able to sit with it more softly — has been life-changing.
I am now a Level 2 Trained EFT Practitioner and continue to pursue further training.
I offer sessions as part of that journey.
My approach is calm, intuitive, and deeply respectful of your pace.
You do not need to explain everything perfectly.
You do not need to know where to start.
We simply begin with what is there, and gently allow things to unfold.
I believe that healing does not need to be forceful or complicated.
Sometimes, it begins with having a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, to be heard, and to reconnect with yourself.
